Get to know us
Quality Care Rehabilitation & Autism Center has been a cornerstone of high-quality rehabilitation and therapy services in Macomb County for 22 years. Our commitment to workforce development is evident through our strong partnerships with Macomb Community College and Macomb/St. Clair Michigan Works! aims to expand career opportunities in the healthcare sector.
As a leader in workforce innovation, we proudly registered the county's first behavioral health technician apprenticeship and have since developed four additional apprenticeship programs. These initiatives have successfully upskilled 26 apprentices in critical healthcare roles to serve our clients.
By investing in registered apprenticeships, Quality Care is not only enhancing the skill set of the workforce but also strengthening the talent pipeline essential for meeting the growing needs in healthcare.
