Skills taught are broken down into small, individual steps. As the child learns each step, they are taught the next and then taught to combine them in different ways, with different people, and in different environments.
Problem behaviors are reduced by teaching the child more appropriate skills that are more useful to the child.
Our ABA clinicians select, design, and implement assessment and behavior change interventions that are conceptually consistent with the principles of applied behavior analysis and are based on scientific evidence.
