The first step is to simply fax or email a script to our administrative team. Most insurances require scripts to be dated within 30 days of scheduling an evaluation. If openings are available and work in your schedule, our team will work to secure a schedule based on frequency recommendations in the evaluation.
After the evaluation is complete, our team sends the evaluation to be signed by your primary care physician. Depending on insurance or other programs, our team may also send the evaluation in order to receive authorization to begin treatment based on the therapist's recommendation in the evaluation. In most cases, authorization takes approximately 14 business days to return. Once authorization is approved, if it is needed at all, our team will call you to begin treatment!
Yes! If you are a patient you can request to have access to our patient portal, simply call our office to get set up. The patient portal allows you access anywhere, anytime to see your schedule, request or receive documentation and cancel appointments online.
Our scheduling team secures a schedule for a minimum of 3-6 months at a time. We know healing takes time and believe this approach maximizes your therapeutic potential by ensuring consistent service.
Call our office to speak with our administrative team. From there our team will work to make the adjustments. Since our schedule is booked for a revolving 3-6 months at a time, adjustments cannot be guaranteed to have an immediate start. If we are unable to secure a new spot for you, you will have the option to seek service with another provider to remain on our waitlist for a maximum of 60 days.
If you are opting to join our waitlist or have been transitioned to the waitlist, this means our team is actively looking for an opening with a clinician that matches the same time you are also available. Our team has a maximum of 60 days to try and locate a spot with a clinician. If we are unable to place you with a clinician at the 60 day mark the account with our practice will close. A new account can be reviewed again for acceptance in 120 days from waitlist expiration. During this time we strongly recommend to seek service with another provider in order to continue therapeutic progress.

We understand life happens, when it does, we offer the option of pausing therapy for up to 1 week. During this time we will hold your spot with your clinician. If the pause needs to extend any further, visits will be transferred to our waitlist for up to 60 days (or sooner) depending on our availability once you are ready to return.
Make sure to let our team know anytime there is change in insurance coverage before attending any further visits. Visits completed before notification of new insurance may incur a direct charge if the new insurance will not cover the performed service and potential hold or removal from schedule.
Maintain current scripts from your primary care physician. Most scripts expire in 30 days, as a courtesy our team will attempt to request updated scripts from your physician directly before they expire. If scripts are unable to be collected before expiration, services must be placed on hold or removed until a current script is received. Immediate placement after removal is not guaranteed.
