Our administrative team will work to secure a preadmission schedule for you while your insurance is verified. Once verification is complete, expect a call from our office to schedule an evaluation.

Once your evaluation is finished, our office coordinates with your primary care provider and insurance carriers to secure treatment. 

Approval for treatment takes an average of 14-days to receive but may vary depending on your insurance coverage.

After receiving authorization, if any is needed, our team will call to confirm your preadmission schedule.

Schedules are secured for 3-6 months at a time to provide the most opportunity for continuity throughout your treatment.
