What you will need for your session

  •  Download the Cisco Webex Meet App, our secure, HIPAA compliant platform. Creating an account is free!


  • A working laptop, tablet, or smart phone- with a front camera.


  • A fully charged device, or access to power.


  • An internet connection.


  • A well-lit space so the clinician can see you.


  • A quiet space to reduce distractions.

Common Teletherapy Questions

Download the Cisco Webex App first. After that is downloaded, click on the picture of your therapist (above) at your scheduled session time to start therapy.


Your therapist will admit you into the session at the scheduled session time.

There can be many variables as to why your session may not be connecting.


The quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact Webex support directly.
